RO Care Wale – Return and Refund Policy
At RO Care Wale, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that every product and service meets your expectations. However, if you encounter any issues, our return and refund policies are outlined below to assist you.
General Return Policy
Products purchased from RO Care Wale are eligible for return under the following circumstances:

The product is physically damaged upon delivery.

The product is defective or not functioning as intended.

The product delivered is different from its description on the product page.
Conditions for Returns:

The product must not have been damaged while in your possession.

The product must match the original condition in which it was delivered.

All items should be returned in their original packaging, including the manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and any included accessories.

Products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page cannot be returned unless received in a defective or damaged condition.
Note: If you receive a non-returnable product in a defective or damaged condition, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery.
How to Return a Product?
To return a product purchased from RO Care Wale:

RO Care Wale – Refund Policy
Refunds will be initiated once the return request is approved and the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to your bank account.

Refund Policy for Pay-on-Delivery Orders
For pay-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via:

Note: We do not process refunds to third-party accounts. The account name must match the name on your RO Care Wale account.
Shipping Cost Refund

For items fulfilled by RO Care Wale, shipping costs up to ₹100 will be refunded.

For larger items, if the return shipping cost exceeds ₹100, additional refunds can be requested by providing a courier receipt as proof of payment.
For items fulfilled by third-party sellers, please contact the seller directly to discuss reimbursement of shipping charges.
